- Recording reliability — do events get captured accurately, including when something doesn't go to plan?
- Notification flow — do parents get clear, timely updates without noise?
- Exception handling — when something needs attention, does it reach the right person and get resolved?
- Operational fit — does this fit how the school already runs its day, or fight against it?
What we don't require
- Replacing the school's existing technology environment
- A full student information system (SIS) integration
- A native app rollout to every parent on day one
