A short notice for a small form.
This notice covers the public Kinnovar website and its inquiry form. It does not describe a future school platform, which will require separate policies and controls before processing school data.
Information you choose to send
The form asks for your name, work email, school or organization, optional role, the topic you want to discuss, and your message. It does not ask for a phone number.
Do not submit child or school-record information
Do not include student, child, guardian, health, precise-location, academic-record, or other sensitive school information. The form is only for an initial business conversation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential school conversations or pilots, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell submitted information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. A notification is delivered to a founder-managed email account. These providers process the information only as needed to provide their services to Kinnovar.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, security, and necessary business records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submission, use the contact form and select “Trust, privacy, or security.”
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, access controls, and a restricted group of service providers. No internet transmission is risk-free. We will update this notice if the website’s data practices materially change.
